If you’re unhappy with the size of the products you received from Lady A, you can exchange it for another size within 7 days from the day of dispatch. Returned goods must be unused, clean and undamaged, in original tags and packaging (boxes, plastic etc.). Please take note that customers have to bear the courier charges when you send the products back to Lady A.

We currently do not accept returns for Briefs due to hygiene concerns.  SALE or FLASH SALE items are not returnable as well.

Although we do our best to ensure we only provide the best quality product, unfortunately from time to time faults can occur. In order to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you send the product back to Lady A with a detailed description of the fault. Our team will assess the damage and we will be in contact with you via phone or email.
